Look no further. You'll find it at FreeSpace - by Projets Sviluppi!
Software outline FreeSpace is a tool for disk space control. It monitor and tells you in real time how much free space is available on your hard disk. You only set your own free space value, the program will prompt you a sound message when reached the limit. FreeSpace also allows you to conduct performance tests for your hard drives, and displays the results in an attractive 3D graph. FreeSpace has powerful tools which allow you to test your hard disks and retrieve detailed information about files and folders of a specified path. FreeSpace is largely used by professional people involved in working out and generating files of unpredictable length, and it is especially designed for workstations graphics. The value expressed in milliseconds may vary between 100 and 900,000. You are advised to set values higher than one second on slow machines. You may also set the multiprocessing priority: high priority (e.g. Real time ) means that FreeSpace monitoring is privileged over concurrent processes. Low priority (e.g. Lowest ) enables FreeSpace monitoring only when no processes are sharing resources. Thresholds: Here you set the size of the free space you need: when that value is reached, FreeSpace prompts a sound alert message.
