Because of something someone said, I've been thinking about making a summary of the tips in my Notebooks and Mail... I've thought about it quite a bit... and I've decided that it's not the best way to go... I've already written a lot...
My tip is to save my files and read them offline!
I don't usually spend much of my online time reading... and I don't even save the files I want to read. Internet Explorer saves all the files for me in the cache.
Some people suggest you clear out your cache every few hours... but I spend more time looking at the files in my cache, than I spend online.
It can get a little complicated to read from the cache, but saving the files you want to read and reading them later is easy.
