The
GIA
Gaming Intelligence Agency,
in my opinion, the best place for all of your RPG
news, reviews and opinions.
Working
Designs
One of the best RPG
localizing companies out there, their site has
tons of info about their games and a message
board I post on about once every third decade...
One tip : don't ask about the Dark Scimitar...
RPGFan
Another fan-run RPG fan
site, it used to be called Lunar Net. I think
it's a pretty good mix of media and news. Check
out the movie and music sections.
Starmen.net
This is a site devoted to
the Mother trilogy of RPG games. If you haven't
played any of the games before, this page won't
make much sense to you.
RPG
Dimension
This site deals with news
relating to the fan based translation of Japanese
games. Very cool, if you're into emulation.
Toastyfrog
A cool video game site that
has some awesome original art, and some really
funny content. Check it out.
Gaming
Age Online
Probably the best IGN
affiliate when it comes to news and reviews. I
usually visit this site first to check out all of
the big gaming scoops.
Solid
Sharkey
More Toastyfrog-esque
lunacy. Along with a tribute to Oregon Trail.
Video
Senki
Obscure video game news
from the Orient. Rock.

Rebel
Weezer Alliance
Go, here if you like
Weezer. It's the best place on the net for Weezer
news... Now that Weezer news is actually
happening.
Fresh
TABs
Ever since the corporate
bastards shut down the OLGA (Online Guitar
Archive), budding musicians were forced to
scrounge around for TABs to new songs. Well with
Fresh TABs, you can scrounge no more! Now with
pine scent.
Ozma
Ozma is this really awesome
band out of L.A. that perhaps is the greatest
band of all time(Beatles, Shmeatles!). If you dig
Weezer, you'll dig them. Oh and besides sounding
like Weezer, they are really supportive of their
fans. Indy-rock forever! Just try to get those
lyrics out of your head.
Svelte
Has Bryan Adams ruined your
opinions about the music of Canada? Well, Svelte
has just about redeemed the whole damned country.
Crunchy keyboard laced rock. You know you like
it.
Video
Game Music Archive
A really cool site where
you can get MIDI files from all of your favorite
video games. Also check out the Video Game Music
Sister Sites link on that page.

Penny
Arcade
One of the greatest web
comics out there. Warning : most jokes will go
over your head unless you are a hardcore gamer.
PvPOnline
The only other web comic I
read on a daily basis. PvP is about a group of
people that run a gaming magazine and their gaint
troll mascot, Skull.
Sockheads
The online community of
Sifl and Olly fans. They got all kinds of stuff
like multimedia and stuff on behind the scenes of
the show.
Outpost
Daria
Unless MTV starts showing
Weezer videos again, Daria is the only reason I
will watch that horrible network. Anyway, Daria
is one of my all time favorite animated shows,
and I've been watching it ever since the very
first episode way back in 1997. This site has
more information than you'll ever need to know
about Daria.
Satellite
News
The official website of The
Mystery Science Theater 3000 Information Club, of
which I am member # 77396. This site has tons of
information for new fans of the show, or hardcore
fans like me that have over 100 episodes on tape.
If you haven't seen this show yet, try to catch
it on the Sci-Fi Channel. They recently cancelled
it after an eleven year run, but they still run
it every once in a while.
Something
Awful
Something Awful. Every day.
News
Askew
Yes, I am a film geek. So
by default I have to be a Kevin Smith fan. Ces't
la vie.

Anime
on DVD
Probably my all time
favorite site, and the reason I'm constantly
buying all of these DVDs. Well-written reviews
and all the news you could want.
Anime
News Service
Even more anime news for
you otakus. Updated almost everyday.
Anime
Meta-Review
If you're looking for any
info on an anime before you watch it, look no
further. This guy has over 500 reviews, with more
and more added everyday.
Slayers
Universe
This is pretty much the
most complete Slayers page I've found on the web.
Anything they don't have, you can find through
their links section. Really well done with lots
of information about the series.
DBZ
Uncensored
This page is dedicated to
showing what they cut out of Dragon Ball Z when
they brought it over to the USA. It's amazing to
see how much they changed.
Animation
Blast
Not dedicated to anime, but
a good page to catch up on general news in
animation. The person that runs the site also
publishes a very good animation magazine that I
suggest you should check out.

| Gwark.net The
homepage of one of my friends from college, and
sort of an online resume. He should have lots of
content in the future, but the most enjoyable
part of the site is the...
Gwark
Board
Home of the 1337357(that's
leetest)in gaming, anime, and everything else
fanboyish. Also one of the few message boards out
there not populated by lamers.
The
Jacksonville Film Journal
My favorite movie review
site, and not just because I write for it.
Seriously though, if you like the reviews you see
on my site, you'll probably like the JFJ.
DVD
Verdict
My second favorite DVD
site. I'm not sure how I found it, but it
convinced me to get a DVD player, spend $1000 on
home theater equipment and has transformed me
into a total Film Geek(tm).
eBay
eBay is my Dark Lord and
Master. Oh, it's also a place where you can bid
on all kinds of neat junk. It's been the source
of my bankruptcy for over a year now! You can
check out my special crappy eBay page right here.
Adventure
Gamer
Adventure
Collective
Two really great sites
devoted to the dying genre of adventure games.
And by adventure, I don't mean "Tomb
Raider."
