1999

Bouche became the most coveted player in the 1999 draft after a movie showcasing his skills called "The Waterboy" was released that summer.  The Vatican City Saints obtained Bouche by trading the rights to all their draft picks for him.

Due to Bouche's huge contract, the rest of the Saints team had to be comprised of middling scrubs, and the team went on to compete in the Toilet Bowl.

During Toilet Bowl week, Bouche advised coach Pope John Paul II to throw out the Saints' Gatorade supply and have them start drinking straight holy water.  In what cannot be dismissed as a mere coincidence, the Saints handed out one of the worst ass-kickings in JCFFL history with a convincing 83-30 win.
