My CGI script is not working properly.
Which of the following options best describes the issue you are experiencing.
I get an Internal Server Error
I do not get an error but the script does not seem to be working properly.
I get an Internal Server Error
This error means that you are trying to run a script that may have a coding error or an invalid path. The only path that we allow you to use is the path to perl which is /usr/bin/perl Please note that our free accounts do not support Sendmail, PHP or mySQL. If your script requires one of these functions then it will not work on our servers. To verify the code of your script please enter the path to your script and click "Check Syntax"
Please note that the syntax checker will only tell you if the script appears to have errors, it cannot fix them for you. If there is a syntax error, or if you still get an Internal Server Error even though the syntax appears to be ok then please contact the developer of the script for help in troubleshooting the problem.

My web browser gives an error when I try to access my website.
Please choose the error that you are receiving.
Forbidden. You do not have permission to access / on this server.
404 File Not Found
Bandwidth limit exceeded
Internal Server Error
Forbidden. You do not have permission to access / on this server.
This error means that you do not have an index.htm page uploaded to this directory. Please name your page index.htm and upload it to this directory. Please note that filenames are case sensitive. If you use Index.htm or index.HTM then it will not work. It has to be all lowercase.

404 File Not Found
This error means that the file that you are trying to access is not on the server. This could be because it is being misspelled or it could be that the wrong case is being used. For example, if you are trying to access free.prohosting.com/~username/picture.jpg but the file on the server is called Picture.JPG then you will have to use free.prohosting.com/~username/Picture.JPG to access it in your web browser.

Bandwidth limit exceeded
Each account is allowed 100 megs of bandwidth per day. Once this limit is reached the site will be disabled for the remainder of the day. It will be re-enabled at about midnight Mountain Standard Time.
