From Mr. Charles D. K. |
| |
| I have
just read the entire document. Why anyone would hold any OU professor
responsible for this person's mental illness is beyond understanding.
The student is sick, and I hope can be helped by professional doctors.

From Mr. Keith G. |
|
Kevin
Grier has been a friend of mine for several years, and I find the
representation of Kevin difficult to believe. I have also
served in professional capacities with Drs. Kondonnasis, Dunne, and
Reed, and find this fiction to be uncharacteristic to say the least.

From Robin S. of Rice University |
| |
| Since
I know Tim (he was a colleague of Mary Streitwieser at CES-Census)
I checked into this. The former graduate student in economics was
stalking Tim and the former chair of the department (while carrying
a gun). Tim and his family were under 24 hour FBI guard while the
case was going through the courts. |

From B. S. of Oklahoma |

Do
you think Mr. Dunne's personal prejudice against you began when
you told him that you knew about the identical exam questions, or
do you believe the second exam was the first indication the department
was singling you out?
Hartigan
makes several remarks that defy reason. Do you think he was just
joking, or do you believe he was setting you up for what ultimately
happened? If so, what do you believe his motivations where to have
you arrested and deported? Later he says, „∑in the long
run you will understand.‰ You state that you were planning
on attempting suicide again in Feb. Do you think Hartigan was trying
to frame you to keep you from ending your own life?
You
said that your May 24 pre-hearing for an academic appeal was rejected.
Do you know why? On what grounds? Where you present at the hearing?
Did you have representation? |

| 6. Truth in Michigan |

| Gennady Danilenko is listed on your website as a professor who ingested cocaine and died. You may want to look at his case before making any assumptions. Danilenko had to go in front of a family court in Washtenaw County, Michigan for his divorce proceeding. His daughter was taken away, he was cleaned out of all of his money, any evidence that he presented was thrown out. You have mentioned about how federal court worked in your case, I will have to say, you ain't seen nothing yet. Come to Washtenaw County and you will see how the "Court" works here. Danilenko was pretty much destroyed by the court for no rhyme or reason. Danilenko ended up as a mad man with depression and went into drugs. That is how he killed himself. |
